Sales and Marketing Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the Aesthetic, Obstetrics, and Wellness departments.
  • Identify and establish new business opportunities, partnerships, and corporate client engagements.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Attend networking events, expos, and community outreach programs to promote hospital services.

2. Marketing & Branding

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and attract potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the multimedia and digital marketing teams to create promotional materials advertisements, and social media content.
  • Develop marketing materials, presentations, and proposals for targeted outreach.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate with the design and creative team for visual and branding consistency across all marketing efforts.

3. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Engage with clients through consultations, explaining hospital services and tailored packages.
  • Address inquiries, concerns, and provide professional recommendations based on patient needs.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with doctors, clinics, and other healthcare professionals to drive patient referrals.
  • Work closely with internal departments, including customer service and medical teams, to ensure seamless patient experiences.

4. Reporting & Analysis

  • Track and report sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements based on data-driven decisions.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales & Marketing Manager on revenue generation and market trends.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in the healthcare, wellness, or aesthetics industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in digital marketing, social media, and promotional campaigns is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in English and Khmer is preferred.
