Key Responsibilities
-Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to enhance the hospital’s market position, improve patient outcomes, and increase operational efficiency.
-Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the healthcare sector, and recommend strategic actions accordingly.
-Operational Efficiency: Analyze and optimize operational processes to reduce costs, improve patient flow, and enhance service quality.
-Financial Analysis: Perform financial analyses to support budgeting, pricing strategies, and potential investment decisions depending on project.
-Project Management: Oversee the planning and execution of strategic projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget ; potentially including the role of a project manager
-Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, clinicians, and industry partners, to facilitate collaboration and drive strategic initiatives.
-Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all business strategies and operations comply with healthcare regulations and standards.
-Performance Measurement: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business strategies and operational improvements with the directive of the Hospital Director
-Reporting and Communication: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for the Hospital Director and other senior management, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
-Continuous Improvement: Identify and provide suggestion to areas for continuous improvement and drive initiatives to enhance the hospital’s competitive edge.
C. Additional Responsibilities
-M&A Support: Provide analytical support for potential mergers and acquisitions, including financial modeling, strategic integration, market analysis, and due diligence.
-Financial Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence on potential targets, including analysis of financial statements, cash flows, and revenue projections.
-Operational Due Diligence: Assess the operational capabilities and efficiency of potential targets
-Legal and Regulatory Due Diligence: Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure that all potential acquisitions meet regulatory requirements and legal standards.
-Medical Service Product Development: Collaborate with medical service product development teams to understand market needs, analyze product performance, and identify areas for improvement.
-Insurance Partnerships: Participate with insurance companies to develop and negotiate contracts for medical services, ensuring alignment with hospital strategies and patient needs; with directive from the Hospital Director
-Value-Based Care: Work with insurance partners to develop value-based care models that prioritize patient outcomes and cost-effectiveness, head by the Hospital Director
-Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, healthcare administration, or a related field.
-At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, finance, strategy development, or operations management; good to have exposure in the healthcare industry.
-Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex data to inform business decisions.
-Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering successful initiatives.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
-Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
-Proficiency in financial analysis and budgeting.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
-Proficiency in both written and oral English is a must
