•Maintain relationships with existing suppliers to ensure quality and reliability
•Process PR, stock receiving, invoice and related document.
•Ensure that all purchases comply with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
•Analyze spending patterns and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies.
•Ensure that all procured items meet the hospital’s quality standards and regulatory requirements.
•Ensure all inventory report close out timely.
•Control the consumable inventory and ensure that the stock on hand matches the system.
•Conduct assessments and audits of suppliers to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
•Work closely with clinical staff, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand their procurement needs.
•Handle stock transfer across each department, ensure all documentations are correct and timely update.
•Collaborate with finance and legal departments to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
•Stay informed about market trends, new products, and innovations in medical supplies and equipment.
•Conduct research to identify potential new suppliers or alternative products that could benefit the hospital.
•Prepare reports on procurement activities, expenditures, and supplier performance for management review.
•Perform other tasks assigned by Senior General Procurement officer.
•A bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, healthcare administration, or a related field is typically required.
•Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field, preferably within a healthcare setting.
•Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with suppliers.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a must).
•Write and speak Khmer and English
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Strong attention to detail to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
