Comprehensive Patient Management:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history, exams, and diagnostic test interpretation.
• Accurately diagnose and determine appropriate surgical or non-surgical treatment plans for a wide range of general surgical conditions.
• Provide comprehensive pre- and postoperative care, including patient optimization, informed consent, pain management, wound care, and follow-up.

Surgical Execution:

• Perform diverse surgical procedures (open, laparoscopic, minimally invasive) with precision, adhering to strict protocols and safety standards.
• Maintain a sterile environment and ensure accurate surgical documentation.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Collaborate effectively with all healthcare professionals (anesthesiologists, nurses,) to ensure seamless patient care.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families throughout their surgical journey.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide consultations.

 Professional Growth & Quality:

• Engage in continuous professional development (CME, conferences) to stay current with advancements.
• Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer review, and morbidity/mortality conferences to enhance patient safety and outcomes.
• Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.

Administrative & Academic Duties:

• Complete medical records accurately and promptly.
• Participate in departmental meetings and assist with protocol development.
